  Stewardship is discipleship, it is the way we respond in practical ways to the demands of the Gospel. It's difficult to teach or practice stewardship unless we have a clear understanding of exactly what stewardship is. If we wish to embrace stewardship, we must gradually learn to embrace every aspect of stewardship. We have realized many blessings through your prayer, participation, and generosity. We encourage you to explore the many ways to be a Steward at St. Odilia and discern how you can share your gifts with our community. Prayer
- The foundation of stewardship is prayer – talking and listening to God every day, throughout the day - through prayer, Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, scripture reading, quiet, meditation and other spiritual activities. During this time we ask God how He wants us to use the gifts He has given to us.

Generosity
- Stewardship involves resolving to be generous with all our gifts. Not just the ones we choose. Throughout the Gospels, Jesus challenged us to give as it has been given to us. Aware of our tremendous financial blessings, we strive to give generously to support the building up of God's kingdom. Your generosity provided the funding to maintain operations and support our ministries that allow St. Odilia to realize its' mission.
  
  Parishioners also contributed to the St. Odilia Endowment Fund and St. Odilia School Endowment Fund in order to provide a sustainable source of income to support and enhance the mission of the Parish and School. Distributions from the Endowment Funds provide additional financial resources to support our parish ministries.
  
  Continued support was also given by Parishioners to reduce the debt associated with the Building Expansion project that was completed in 2018.

- The Stewardship Council mission is to foster faith development by being Christian stewards who receive God’s gifts gratefully, cultivate them responsibly, appreciate them fully, share them lovingly in justice with others, and joyfully return them with increase to the Lord.
  
  With God’s grace, we will:
  
  Encourage all to embrace a stewardship lifestyle
  
  Promote increased participation in our Christ-centered community
  
  Develop discipleship through opportunities of Prayer, Participation, and Generosity
  
  Strengthen trust and accountability as stewards of our parish resources
